Billing questions
What counts as a scan?
One scan is one AI extraction of one card. A photo with three cards uses three scans. Re-editing an already-scanned card is free, and deleting cards never refunds or reduces your scan count.
What happens if I go over my storage cap?
Nothing is ever deleted. Your archive stays fully readable, searchable and exportable — only new scans pause until you upgrade or make room.
How do payments work? Can I cancel anytime?
Payments are processed securely by Stripe on the web — we never see or store your card number. Upgrades are prorated, downgrades take effect at the end of the billing period, and you can cancel anytime.
Do free scans expire?
No. The 30 free scans are a one-time allowance that never expires, and referral bonus scans never expire either.
